We’ve been using 5mins.ai, and I can honestly say it’s transformed how we approach training and knowledge sharing. It’s user-friendly, with an impressive catalogue of ready-to-use content. The marketplace incentivisation for microlearning is brilliant, keeping the team engaged while building their skills.

What really sets it apart is the customisation. We can easily add our own Loom recordings and videos, turning internal process documentation into structured training modules. This makes it more than just a learning platform -it’s become our central hub for onboarding, upskilling, and process clarity.

I use the desktop/browser version at work and the mobile app at home, and both work seamlessly. The flexibility and accessibility mean there’s no excuse not to keep learning.

The fact that all the courses are in bite size chunks, with a variety of tutors, and there are some that I particularly follow- I have learnt about lots of subjects that are not necessarily linked to my role, but I have learnt so much! It is a great e-learning platform where, besides the daily proposals, you can switch and search for the lessons more interesting for you from a professional or personal point of view. The only downside about 5Mins is that you cannot control the sound via the video, so when using and watching them between calls at work I have to keep turning the PC sound down as the volume is quite loud on the videos then turning it back up when I get a call through.
