I've been trying to handle a few billing issues but having trouble actually getting anyone to respond to my now multiple emails about the issues. Our clients are very demanding and expect very close to perfection, 3Play is able to deliver up to the expected standard. **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** I wish that we had added support for translation as well as transcription when the initial integration was done. If you set up your account correctly in the beginning, the captioning will have very few errors. you just have to make sure you designate what type of language (in our case, scientific) language can be expected. When we have been able to afford to also have them do the alignment, that has been even better. **What do you like best about 3Play Media?** Even their slowest turnaround time is fantastic which helped me get content available for viewing pretty quickly. I also liked the accuracy of the captioning, the less correction I have to perform, the easier my job is and I have time to do the other 10 million things on my plate! **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** The hardest thing about 3Play for our department is the expense. It just isn't financially feasible for us to use them consistently and particularly not for Live Captioning which is where our greatest demand lies. We don't have a huge budget and I wish they had some sort of pricing level for institutional use.
