This is because the filing system which shows the progress of the uploaded files is very coherent and straightforward. Each team member can access the information and know exactly what stage of processing the file is at. Also receiving notification of completed work (transcriptions and captioning) allows everyone to keep uptodate. I am regularly emailed by the support team with information about new features and recently when a support team member changed position, so what to do in this situation. This type of communication builds confidence that if you have a problem or something goes wrong you know exactly who to contact. The level of accuracy in the transcriptions and captioning that we have submitted has been very high and there has been little need to make corrections. This saves time and money. The amount of time it takes for us to get a video online with full transcription and closed captioning has been much reduced and there is less need for extra staff to work on these elements. **What problems is 3Play Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using 3Play has massively reduced the amount of time and effort it takes getting our videos ready and in great shape to go online for our audience. Free alternatives like youTube auto-generated captions don't cut it because the time it takes to correct all the errors is more than it takes to do them from scratch (not to mention the ones that inevitably sneak through, no matter how many people look at it). 3Play are accurate enough, though not 100%, but then again with the specialist nature of some of our content that would be hard to achieve, fast and reasonably priced. **What do you like best about 3Play Media?** Web interface is easy to use, pricing is straightforward. **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** No .ass format subtitles (preferred format for ffmpeg).
