Really great captioning, not that great customer service that creates admin headaches **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023 **What do you like best about 3Play Media?** Really convenient and accurate captioning, quick turn around time **What do you dislike about 3Play Media?** Terrible billing; staff is very unresponsive even when following up to their emails **Recommendations to others considering 3Play Media:** If you have time in your busy work day to continue following up with their unresponsive billing staff, go for it. **What problems is 3Play Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing is awful, almost enough to make me not want to use them. I've been trying to handle a few billing issues but having trouble actually getting anyone to respond to my now multiple emails about the issues.
