While 360SMS is generally robust, I find the scheduling options for dynamic reports a bit limited. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility in scheduling SMS based on dynamic report criteria. Please correct me if this is possible with the 360SMSApp. Also, a feature to streamline the process of handling incoming messages, like automated categorisation, would enhance our user experience. We have only recently started using the 360 SMS App, but as each day goes by we learn more about how wonderful of a product it is. We are excited to leverage every feature in order to further facilitate communication with our leads, and our customers!
