Starting to lack in required features to be successful. The AI is not customizable to know about your company. There is no Apple messaging. I feel like SMS360 is starting to fall behind.

We are doing a bunch of 1 to 1 communication with our customers. We find it easy and fast to get responses from them. This is also a good solution to mass text customers if you use the shortcode.

We have only recently started using the 360 SMS App, but as each day goes by we learn more about how wonderful of a product it is. We are excited to leverage every feature in order to further facilitate communication with our leads, and our customers! 

The support is also absolutely top notch. A huge thank you to Deeptansh, Yash, and Daskh for all of their help in activating and getting the app ready to go in our Production org. Very friendly and supportive! Thank you.

**What do you like best about 360 SMS APP?**

360 SMS is a native salesforce application. Unlike other 3rd party SMS/CTI apps, 360 SMS has all the data and the configurations stored in Salesforce. It's a very flexible tool for creating automations for sending messages, scheduling them to go on a specified date and most importantly on a specified time. It also considers the customer's time zones for sending the messages so you don't have to worry about the messages getting delivered at odd times.
It also has a chat bot functionality which when combined with flows can be used to gather customer insights by sending the meaningful questions and capturing their responses in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about 360 SMS APP?**

Sometimes I face issues with SMS deliveries. However, when compared to competitor apps, it's beats them all. The support is very prompt in rectifying the issues.

It delivers the SMS almost immediately, and rarely has issues in general

When there are issues, it took time to resolve. Ususally need to go through plenty of email exchanges. Not sure if there is a support number to call or direct chat via MS Teams (or other channel) for quicker resolution.

Users in certain countries likes to communicate to the candidates and possibly clients via SMS. This feature help them to integrate the comms process into single salesforce portal

Quick verification of our leads which helped us decrease our bounce rates by more than half and thus increase our deliverability and the likelyhood of our emails being seen

While we had a very smooth relationship for over a year, once we faced an issue and started digging deaper into the smoothness of the process, some issues rose to the surface end of May. Not it's end of July and they are still being fixed which is a lot longer than I would like. Even though our rep has been contantly communicating with us, the backend fix is delayed.

We verify lead emails that come into the system right away and only transfer the verified ones into SFMC from where we then send email campaigns to get them to convert.

It is easy to set up. It offers a wide range of features like we can send SMS, Bulk SMS, Scheduled SMS, ringless voice mails, etc. The best it has is to automate text messages which is amazing. Overall experience with this SMS app is excellent.

Sometimes while sending the bulk SMS I found that some of the receivers were not able to get the messages but that was a temporary issue and was fixed by the 360 SMS team

**What problems is 360 SMS APP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to send one-to-one SMS, It helps me to increase productivity when I need to send the same SMS to many users using its SEND BULK SMS feature, It offers me to send ringless voice mails which is an excellent feature. The feature that I like and use the most is automating the text and Scheduled SMS.

The product provides solution for what we need. Customer service is on it. I have been helped my many different reps -including Gourav. I haven't compared too much to others. At the time of needing the service, 360 was the only native product to Salesforce that we needed.

Sometimes it feels clunky. Their SMS user interface is not that friendly for mass reading of SMS. It is very developer based and sometimes I feel lacks the user friendliness of a non-developer user.

It is a very customizeable NATIVE salesforce app. It is easy to use with both out of the box salesforce objects and custom ones.

The product does have ocasional hiccups but the 360 support team especially Yash, Harsh,Tarun, Sahil , Shobit and Gourav are quick to repond and engage thier dev resources when needed!

Most important thing to remember is 360 takes your requests seriously and is willing to accomodate customizations that work for you.

Since there are so many customizeable  pieces of the configuration it can take some time to fully dial in the product to individual customer needs. 

Users must have basic salesforce knowledge to administer and maintain.

I've worked with 5 other SMS systems while doing consulting -- 360 SMS is my favorite. The data is all in Salesforce which means I can trigger my flows, create reports, formula fields, etc in an interaction with the data. I can even create a flow that will automatically send a text message based on my criteria.

Way more powerful than other solutions!

.... With increased power also comes increased complexity. 

360 SMS isn't difficult to use, and the support is great, but there is a definite learning curve with getting everything setup and understanding how everything works.

We have been using 360 SMS for multiple clients for years. We occasionally run into hiccups and their support staff has been responsive and effective at getting those issues resolved. Recently Nikhil was assigned to one of our requests and did an outstanding job of resolving our issue in a timely fashion.

Some of the configuration documentation could be updated to reflect useful cases where Flows can be used. Many of the examples reference Process Builder, which nobody should be using at this point.
