"Easy way to manage claims"

What do you like best about Origami Risk?

Mulitple ways are available to categorize the claim details and reference what occurred, as well as attach photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

Attaching photos in Origami seems to be difficult to understand, especially for new users. I have often had to guide team members through how to complete photo uploads as it is not always simple/clear in the process. Perhaps you would reword or change where the upload occurs in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Origami Risk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Origami Risk Insurance to report customer claims to my internal insurance claims department. It is simple to use, quick, and carries enough information that the next team is able to proceed with the claim without having to contact me again typically.
