"Centralized Risk Management with Some Onboarding Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I like Origami Risk's centralized and flexible approach to managing enterprise risk. It's really convenient to have all the risk data, claims, compliance, and reporting workflows in one place, which helps reduce manual work and improve visibility. The configurable approach is another big plus, as it allows businesses to tailor workflows to their specific needs. I also appreciate its ability to bring multiple risk management processes together, which enhances team collaboration and oversight. I value the adaptability of the platform to changing organizational needs, making risk management more organized and efficient. It’s particularly nice that reporting can be done more easily without jumping between tools. Overall, the integrated approach helps make management more consistent and streamlined. What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

One area that could be improved is the platform’s ease of use for new users. With its wide range of features and customization options, the initial learning curve may be challenging, and onboarding could require additional time and training. Simplifying navigation, providing more intuitive workflows, and offering clearer in-app guidance could improve the overall user experience. I would also appreciate more straightforward configuration options and comprehensive in-app tutorials, searchable help resources, and contextual guidance. Reporting and dashboards could benefit from simpler customization options, allowing users to create meaningful reports without needing extensive technical knowledge. Improving integrations with other commonly used business tools and making data import and export processes more straightforward could help streamline workflows. Overall, a more intuitive interface, easier configuration, and better self-service support would make the platform more accessible and efficient for users across different experience levels. "Robust Reporting with Configurability, Yet a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I really appreciate the configurability of Origami Risk. It allows us to build workflows and forms tailored to how our team operates, eliminating unnecessary vendor tickets for updates. Reporting is also a big win—it's quick and powerful. I can easily analyze loss data by location, cause, or department, and scheduled reports are sent out automatically without manual effort. The system saves me so much time, particularly in transforming what used to be lengthy monthly Excel tasks into immediate dashboard updates. Plus, the expiry alerts for COI tracking have greatly improved our vendor compliance. Lastly, the integration with our HRIS and other systems keeps all our data in sync, which is a huge convenience. What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

The UI feels dated in some modules, and there's a learning curve. New users get lost in the menus, so we had to build our own quick-reference guides. Implementation took longer than expected. Config is powerful, but it does what you build, not what you assume, so you need someone who owns it. If that person leaves, you feel it. Ad hoc reporting can be clunky for anything outside the standard templates, and some changes still need a support ticket or admin rights. I'd also like better mobile support for reviewing claims, not just reporting incidents. None of it's a dealbreaker, but budget time for setup and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Origami Risk: Customizable and Streamlined, but Visuals Need Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

What I really like about Origami Risk is its high customizability and code-free configuration, which makes it a versatile tool for our needs. The software's advanced analytics and dashboard are impressive, offering great insights into our operations. The use of natural language, dynamic cost modeling, and automated reporting greatly simplifies data entry and queries. This makes the software faster and easier for teams to use and allows us to adjust risk scenarios and financial forecasts in real time. It significantly reduces manual errors, which is a big plus for us. Besides, the initial setup was smooth, which made our transition to Origami Risk quite seamless. What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

Reporting and graphics usability is a challenge. The reporting engine and visualization graphics can feel clunky or rigid. To improve, I'd suggest simplifying the ad-hoc report builder with features like drag and drop workflows, smart fields, and search filters. Enhancing dashboard customization and interactivity, along with improving onboard and in-app guidance, could make a significant difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Centralized Data and Integrations Elevate Risk Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I like Origami Risk's centralized data because it provides a single source of truth for policies, claims, certificates, exposures, and invoices all in one model. Its integrations and APIs are great because they eliminate duplicate entry, thanks to bi-directional integrations with HR, ERP, and broker/carrier systems. The modern cloud platform is a big plus for me as it means I always have the most current software, with vendor updates and security patches delivered centrally, reducing my IT overhead. Additionally, I appreciate its strong centralized data, configurable workflows, and robust reporting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

I find the implementation complex and challenging in terms of customization versus usability. The initial setup can be moderately complex, and the effort really depends on the scope, data quality, internal resources, and vendor services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Incident Tracking and Clear Visibility with Origami Risk"
4/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

Origami Risk helps centralize risk information and track incidents and follow-up actions, making it easier to find updates and monitor progress. The interface is straightforward for the tasks I use regularly, and having information in one place supports a more consistent workflow. I also value how the platform helps teams coordinate and maintain visibility across ongoing items. My experience with integrations, performance, pricing, support, and AI features is more limited, so I can’t assess those areas in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

One area for improvement is that some workflows or screens can take time to navigate, especially when information is spread across several sections. Clearer navigation and more tailored onboarding could make the experience smoother. I haven’t used enough of the integrations, AI features, or support services to comment on those reliably. "Accessible, All-in-One Platform with a Beautiful Layout"
5/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I really like the layout and how accessible everything is. I love that I can handle all of my day-to-day tasks right within the platform, without having to jump around elsewhere. On top of that, it’s aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

It can be slow from time to time. I also don’t like the change where, after each task is closed, the page has to reload. In the past, we were able to mass close tasks, and that was much more efficient. I also don’t like that when downloading multiple photos, you have to open multiple folders. "Essential for Monitoring Workplace Safety"
4/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I like that Origami Risk keeps all my safety information and follow-up actions organized in one place. The incident and hazards reporting tool, along with the corrective action tool, are particularly useful because they help keep everything organized and make follow-ups easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

Some parts of Origami Risk can be a bit challenging to learn and could definitely benefit from clearer in-app guides. Navigating between reports and follow-up actions isn't as smooth as I'd like. It'd also be really nice to have more short, practical tasks and customizable dashboards to make it more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Cybersecurity Management, Needs UI Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Origami Risk?

I really like the intuitive dashboards and robust automation features in Origami Risk. They make tracking incidents and generating reports a breeze. The dashboards give me a clear, real-time overview of all active incidents and compliance statuses in one central place, which means I don't have to dig through multiple systems. The automation features handle repetitive tasks like sending alert notifications, routing reports to the right teams, and scheduling regular audits. This drastically cuts down on manual effort, speeds up incident response times, streamlines workflow, and ensures nothing gets missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Origami Risk?

I find the interface a bit complex and outdated at times, which makes it require a steeper learning curve for non-technical team members. I also find custom report building and advanced workflow configurations somewhat rigid and often need technical setup or support to tailor them to specific needs.
