**What do you like best about 123worx?**

123worx is the only construction management software platform (besides the specialty software for design and takeoff) we are using for managing our projects, running the entire business, and collaboration between stakeholders, i.e., employees, trade partners, suppliers, and clients.

Key reasons we use 123worx:

- Easy to use   

- Allows custom configuration to fit our business processes

- Sales Management (CRM) engages with the potential client from the first interaction and manages it all the way to project completion

- Switching from sales to project management only takes one click. We like the fact that we don’t have to reenter any data. All the information flows from Sales to Projects

- You pick the features you need and pay only for those features

- Has over three dozen features that we use for design & build, renovations, custom homes, and commercial development

-Integrates with our favorite software - Office 365

**What do you dislike about 123worx?**

QuickBooks is not integrated with 123worx yet, although 123worx is claiming it will be integrating with QuickBooks in the next two months

**Recommendations to others considering 123worx:**

123worx offers the best value for money compared to other construction management software. You can customize the platform by picking and choosing the features you need for your business, and you only pay for the features you select.

**What problems is 123worx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With access to real-time data, all our team members, subcontractors, and consultants are always on the same page.  

123worx allows for increased efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Since we started using 123worx, we have grown our business three-fold. Hiring and onboarding new employees is a breeze.
