I use 10Web for my non-profit website, and I appreciate that it provides a low-cost platform to promote my organization, gain donations, and keep my members informed. I really like the simple and easy-to-use UI and the fact that WordPress is offered along with all the necessary tools right there for me. Unlike many other web hosting services that charge extra for even basic tools, 10Web does not do this, even for WordPress tools. The initial setup was very simple, and definitely simpler than Ionos, which I've worked with before. I'd absolutely recommend 10Web to a friend or colleague, giving it a rating of 10 out of 10. I haven't found any negatives for me. Perhaps offering more non-profit/association templates and tools for donation collecting-specific use would definitely be great and also petition apps like Change.org integration would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate 10Web's simplicity in design, which makes it easier to follow modern design trends with just a few touches, resulting in a simple, clean, and uncluttered look. I really like that I don't have to spend a lot of time coding or writing CSS and HTML, or setting up themes. 10Web makes it easy to get the desired themes, especially for WordPress, simplifying the process for me. The AI seems to only work during the setup process, but after that, it can't interact with the website. It just tells you what to do instead of helping with things like improving the footer or changing background colors. I think it could have helped more in that area. I like that 10Web solves all my issues. It's pretty perfect for me because I don't know much about this stuff, so being able to just say what I want and have it happen is great. The AI Website generator isn't going to win you any awards, but right out of the box it'll give you a decent site. If you need to build complex web applications or include a lot of custom functionality, it'll get more pricey, but for most small businesses or nonprofits, it creates an adequate web presence with very little effort. Access to an SSH shell and other developer-friendly tools costs extra.

10eb has significantly sped up my workflow. As a next js developer who needs to sometimes use wordpress to deliver a clients website quickly. 10ed is like a dream come true. the ai designer gets it 70-80% right and thats enough for me to refine. I find 10Web incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, especially for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. The AI support is outstanding, effectively designing my website with minimal input from myself. I'm also able to easily use it on my phone and respond to emails, making it perfectly suited for my basic website needs. Overall, it's the easiest platform for me to use. I find it a bit difficult to integrate appointment scheduling and social media links effectively within 10Web. The process for setting up appointments and linking social media feels more complicated than it should be, and I would appreciate a more seamless experience in these areas. With 10web you can have a first design live in 10 minutes! You do need to customize after that and if you want unique and real content, that takes time. It's elementor based, which I hadn't worked with yet, so that was a learning curve of a couple of days.

Their support is maybe their greatest value! They respond quickly, great input and very nice and friendly. It's a pleasure to be in touch with them!

A minor potential downside is that you can host your website somewhere else (if your client prefers that), and then you lose connection with the 10web AI feature.

I am not sure if that is an actual problem, because you can keep your 10web version active as your development environment and export you updated version to the destination server. So with a workaround, this is something you can solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are No obvious downsides to using 10 Web AI Website Builder (As stated), End Users are allocated an initial 3 free day trial, with up to another 7days free trail available with excellent Customer Support, via their Web Chat service, after which there are various options available dependant on individual requirements such as the Business AI Starter Plan starting at around USD $120.00 dollars per year, the AI Ecommerce Starter Plan at $132.00 dollars per year (And up to $7,800 dollars, per year etc), for an Agency Plan aimed at a Web Development/ Digital Marketing Agency.

All of the above plans offer tremendous value for money (VFM), for the different levels of plan e.g. Business, Ecommerce, and or Agency, for Example: a Web Development/ Digital Marketing Agency could easily recoup the costs of an Agency Plan (In possibly less than 12 months etc), using 10 Web's AI Website Builder to create the initial Wireframe for a new Website Development project, before then applying additional WordPress Plug-Ins; and also customised functionality (To the Websites' Design, and Layout etc), giving both the Agency, and perhaps also the Client, the derived cost benefits; and efficiencies!.
