First step was to move my website to 10web hosting: procedure is simple, they have a clear and complete documentation and when something went wrong the customer care assisted me and solved the bug very quickly. I had done a speed test on GT Metrix before and after moving: it's way better than before! The solution is quite user friendly and easy to use for people who have 0 WordPress experience. I was especially happy for a very detailed user guide for pointing my domain to 10web and setting up a Zoho email. **What do you dislike about 10Web?** I would prefer having some sort of free or discounted pricing for small teams (like us) who are just starting their business. **Recommendations to others considering 10Web:** My recommendation is at least to activate a free trial and actively use the platform during that time. I did exactly that and it helped me to get most out of the free trial period. It would be good to setup both the 10web platform and email simultaneously. Use live chat functionality extensively - customer care team is there to help you. From the other hand you still need to know what you want to achieve. Do you need just a website to be present in the web or you need a complete solution including ecommerce, marketing automation, live-chat, etc. If the latter, then you'll need to spend time on deciding the solution steak for that (like we are using live chat and user registration forms provided by the Hubspot Fee solution). Also, you need to design your website and write down the contents BEFORE starting building it. It's confusing and not really helpful to fork such a critical component of web building as users don't really know what the differences are and why it is done and if it will be maintained. They are also constantly improving their product and engaging with their users in order to find out what features they would like to see added onto their current platform. The dashboard is also modern and sleek and very user friendly. The support is usually responsive and can answer in-depth questions relatively quickly. The plugins also provide a lot of the functionality a website needs. Which makes it rather cost-effective since you're getting fast secure hosting, functionality, and support with just a single monthly payment. It's also rather affordable considering you get all of that for around $12 a month ($10 if paid annually). It does what it advertises, and it does it well. Not much else you can really ask for. **What do you dislike about 10Web?** Sometimes their plugins have a few bugs, just like any other plugin. I'd also like to see more functionality that other platforms offer, such as uptime, more detailed analytics, client management, and hardening (they're currently working on this one). They do mention that they aren't attempting to become the best plugin in a lot of categories, but I would like to see a few more features and functionalities that would put them at an even greater edge with the rest of their competition. **Recommendations to others considering 10Web:** You will have to set up a separate SMTP Server (Email Hosting) since 10Web does not offer this functionality at the moment. I recommend something like 1&1 IONOS. They give you a domain and 25 email addresses for $2 a month. **What problems is 10Web solving and how is that benefiting you?** GCP has been in the Cloud Services business for a long time and has a reputation as being one of, if not, the most secure cloud platforms out there. 10Web doesn't aim to become the best in everything it offers. The smaller the file the faster the website speed. I've tried many plugins and I never had a 30-60% reduction. Backups and support that cares is actually very helpful.
