Also the SFDC and email integrations are incredibly powerful. If anyone is hunting for an enterprise sales job right now, make a free account, and create a board to stand out in the interview process. That's what I did with 100hs, and I can confidently say it helped me land my current role. Other sales reps are NOT doing this...cut through the noise...stand out. **What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?** I wish there was an option for more colored tags or custom color tags. I work with a lot of complex A&D organizations, so being limited to 6 or so colors can be a bit of a hinderance. Also the dotted "ties" line, it would be nice to see those dashes a bit thicker and easier to recognize the color at a glance. Taking the time to understand the "treasure map" aka Org Chart of where everybody in the company sits and who they likely report to, is time well spent. The worst thing a strategic/enterprise/mid-market sales person can do with any deal or opportunity to is get "siloed" with 1 contact. In using Hundred Handshakes, every salesperson has an opportunity to expand their deal and figure out how they can build inroads to new contacts. Highly recommend using this tool and even inviting Mike F (co-founder) to come in and work with your team on a training. **What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?** It would be interesting to build some sort of integration into SFDC / CRM contacts i.e. if I create a contact in 100hs, that contact passes over to the CRM so I don't have to input twice. **What problems is 100 Handshakes solving and how is that benefiting you?** 100hs helps me understand accounts. When I create an org chart, I start with the Board of Directors, C-Suite, and contacts that I've been involved with. By doing so, I give myself a "birds-eye" view of how I want to approach the account and who else I may need to get involved as part of any deal cycle. It's a great resource. ### 14. Seems straight forward so far, will need to keep practicing. **What problems is 100 Handshakes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever you're working with a prospective customer, or an existing customer there are always a lot of dynamic org changes, team shifts, business units, etc.. 100HS helps put a visual to business relationships, who cares about which initiative, which relationships need more attention and helps give a guide overall to the org. ### 26. Having the LinkedIn connection makes pulling information over much easier than anything in Lucid Charts. With that and it's simple way to shift things around, edit existing charts, etc. it makes it user friendly and effective. **What do you dislike about 100 Handshakes?** It used to glitch a bit when putting people in or opening an org chart, but it has seemingly stopped. So as far as that goes, I don't have any other dislikes. It works well! **What problems is 100 Handshakes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps us map organizations without the pains that Lucid Chart has. By that, I mean 100 Handshakes is much more modern, has a better UI, and functions a lot more simply for our reps to use. It takes significantly less time for them to use this tool which means a lot as org charting is a timely process. ### 28. It's the first tool of this kind that I have used so I don't know how it compares to others.
