Surfly is used for a variety of purposes, primarily focused on enhancing online interactions and collaboration. It is a web-based platform that provides co-browsing technology, allowing users to share their browser session with others in real-time. This technology synchronizes mouse clicks and key events, making it possible for users to navigate and interact with web pages simultaneously during a shared session.
The technology is ideal for businesses looking to improve their online customer support, sales demonstrations, training sessions, and any scenario where sharing a live web session could enhance the interaction. Its co-browsing capabilities are particularly valuable for providing personalized customer experiences, troubleshooting issues in real-time, and facilitating remote collaboration

Hey Van, thanks for reaching out. I'm here to assist you.
1. Absolutely, with Action1, you can customize patching policies according to your requirements, including adjusting them for different time zones. Many of our customers have endpoints located in different locations, which often necessitates customizing patching schedules. This functionality, like all other patch management capabilities, is seamlessly integrated for both operating system and third-party updates.
2. Yes, you can notify your users before rebooting their machines – this is another vital functionality offered by Action1. Moreover, we understand the importance of providing users with granular settings for update deployment. For instance, even if a certain endpoint is offline when the patching policy is scheduled to run, the system allows you to establish a timeframe within which the platform will catch up with missed schedules when the endpoint is back online.
3. That's a great question, and we appreciate your concern. At Action1, we prioritize security, which is evident from our industry-recognized certifications. We comply with ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II standards. It's worth noting that our decision to follow SOC 2 Type II compliance was entirely voluntary, and we are among the few patch management vendors offering this certification.

According to my knowledge and last information update in September 2021, Any Desk offered a free rendition that you could use for individual use without a predefined time limit. Notwithstanding, kindly note that product valuing and authorizing terms can change over the long haul.
