SleetHR is HR and payroll software built for Indian businesses. It keeps employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, hiring and exits in one place, with a mobile app for every employee. Payroll runs PF, ESI, state professional tax, LWF and TDS in one run, with your own salary components and formulas. After the run, SleetHR gives you the EPFO ECR file (with checks before upload), the ESIC upload file, PT and LWF reports, bank transfer files (generic NEFT/RTGS plus HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis and Kotak layouts), payslips by email and in the app, and Form 16 Part B with Form 12BA. Payroll controls include a month lock with a log, cut-off dates, payslip release when you choose, and holding an employee's pay. Attendance works from the employee app with a selfie and GPS. Set a radius in metres around each branch, and punches outside it are blocked. Field staff can be seen live on a map with each day's route. For a factory or office gate, put the Sleet app on any Android phone, switch it to face attendance mode, and employees punch in by looking at the camera. It works offline and syncs when the network returns. If your attendance machine is on Wi-Fi or your network and has an API, Sleet connects it to SleetHR (share the make and model to confirm first), and punch files exported from a machine (Excel/CSV) can be imported too. Leave covers accrual, carry-forward or encashment per leave type, sandwich rules, automatic comp-off and holiday calendars with restricted holidays. Employees apply for leave, expenses and attendance corrections in the app, and managers approve with push notifications. Snap an expense bill and the AI fills in the amount, date and expense type. Hiring covers job posts on your own career page and Google Jobs, a pipeline board, AI resume reading and ranking, interview feedback, and offer letters that candidates accept and sign online. Exits cover notice period, clearance stages, exit interview, full and final settlement, and relieving and experience letters. For factories and contractors there is contract labour (CLRA) management, a contractor portal, visitor and gate pass management, and canteen attendance with meal deductions in payroll. Sleet AI in the app answers employees' questions about their own leave balance, attendance and payslip. The employee app, Sleet HR: Attendance & Payroll, is on Google Play and the App Store.
