## About SmartH2R
SmartH2R modules shape an intersection in between Human Resource Management (HRM) and Information Technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular it’s basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field. Our HRMS product is more of a solution to all activities performed by the Human Resource department. It consists of range of functionalities covering the entire gamut of daily as well as dependent activities performed by the HR department. All functions from joining, training, payroll, leave, travel, helpdesk, appraisal and employee exit features have been automated.

**What do you like best about SmartH2R?**

 SmartHR is capable of handling a lot of data.  We can manage personnel information, as well as process payroll and keep track of leaves all in one system.  It really does offer a lot in terms of data retention. 

**What do you dislike about SmartH2R?**

 The system itself is a little archaic looking.  It's shades of green,  like you'd see decades ago. Its not easy to navigate between screens when you need additional data on an employee.  Everything is very segregated,  which can be frustrating.  Its also not a very user friendly system.  You can't open up the system and play with it to figure things out,  you'll need a manual or training. 

**Recommendations to others considering SmartH2R:**

 Be sure you're close to a training/ support facility so you can get the most out of their customer service staff.  You can always call or email with questions,  but being able to receive in person assistance and training is a game changer,  especially if you're new to the software. 

**What problems is SmartH2R solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 We're able to more easily track employees leaves now.  Before it was kind of a guessing game, but now we know who went out when,  when they returned,  and how many days they were out if it was an intermittent leave.
