SmartHR is capable of handling a lot of data. We can manage personnel information, as well as process payroll and keep track of leaves all in one system. It really does offer a lot in terms of data retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system itself is a little archaic looking. It's shades of green, like you'd see decades ago. Its not easy to navigate between screens when you need additional data on an employee. Everything is very segregated, which can be frustrating. Its also not a very user friendly system. You can't open up the system and play with it to figure things out, you'll need a manual or training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
