Track production and shipping status from Awaiting Production through In Production, Completed, Shipped and Settled, with orders past their delivery date highlighted in red. Record deposits and payments received and see the balance due, with Paid, Partial and Unpaid at a glance. Each order also holds the payment method, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, FCA, DDP), logistics info and notes. Search and filter by customer, order number, status or date range, and export a PDF order ledger with totals and unpaid balance. The whole interface and the PDF switch between English and Chinese.
