They designed a good-looking box, with all the gifts we wanted inside. The customer support they offer is really good, anytime you have a question you receive a response in a short time frame. I recommend them. **What do you dislike about Giftpack?** Nothing. I only have positive feedback for Giftpack. **What problems is Giftpack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to send a gift to our most valued customers. They where all located in different countries, and Goftpack created a nice package and shipped it to all of them. We received very positive feedback from our customers. They really appreciated the gifts. ### 2. All we had to do was share the recipients' information and all the other tasks including placing the order and shipping were taken care of by GiftPack. **What do you dislike about Giftpack?** We received an invoice much later after the campaign was completed and shut. But this isn't really a big inconvenience as such. GiftPack accepted it to be a one-time error and apologized for the same. **What problems is Giftpack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run giveaway campaigns and it becomes a huge task to place individual orders for our winners and make sure the gifts reach them.
