Crewplate

Crewplate is field service management software built specifically for four outdoor service trades: pressure washing, auto detailing, holiday lighting, and landscaping and lawn care. Most field service platforms are generic tools adapted to these trades. Crewplate is built around how they actually price work. Quotes are built from a per-trade price book — house washing by the square foot, mulch by the cubic yard, rooflines by the linear foot, detail packages by the vehicle — so a quote can be produced on site in under a minute and signed on a phone before leaving the driveway. An accepted quote becomes a scheduled job and a draft invoice with no re-entry. The platform covers the whole book of business: client records, quoting with e-signature, scheduling with recurring jobs and routing, invoicing with card and bank payment through a customer portal, a GPS-aware time clock that produces payroll-ready hours, materials and chemical usage tracked per job, equipment records, and reporting on revenue, quote win rate and material consumption. A built-in AI assistant answers plain-language questions against a company's own data ("who owes me money?"), drafts quote lines from a job description, and writes payment reminders in three escalating tones for the owner to approve. Crewplate also publishes 26 free trade calculators — soft wash chemical mixing, dilution ratios, circuit loads for holiday lighting, mulch yardage, paver bases and more. They require no account, no card and no login, and can be embedded on any website free of charge.

Dab Hand: Trade Job Manager

A work management application specifically focused to trades workers. There are a lot of features but the gist of it is that you can change the structure and view of the app depending on the field you are in. If you are a gardener you would want a more calendar focused app for your bookings, but if you are a restorer you would prefer to have your work orders to be the main focus. Additionally you can quote and invoice as well as make and import documents like assessments and terms and conditions. Additionally the app allows for digital signing of said documents. Additionally you can take signatures for the work orders or jobs to confirm job completion. There is a team framework for up to 10 team members, allowing the team leader to assign jobs and manage privileges for the whole team. there is QuickBooks integration for invoices allowing you to make an invoice, send it to a customer and send it through to quick books all in a few easy clicks. Jobs can be archived and saved after completion, job reports can be made from work orders and sent to customers or downloaded.
