Calendar Force turns the jobs already in your Google Calendar into reminders, rosters and invoices — without moving to a new booking system.
Arm SMS reminders across a whole week in one pass, instead of opening each event. Phone numbers are read from the event description, and a delivery log shows what was sent and what failed, with the reason.
Roster staff by colouring events: each crew member has a colour, and a week of jobs is assigned in one run, with assistants added where a job needs two people. Everyone sees their own day in the calendar they already use.
The same events become invoices. Generate them in bulk for a period, or automatically when your crew uploads a photo of the finished job from their phone. Aged care, NDIS, private and company clients each follow their own rules, with the NDIS support catalogue and state price limits built in. Remittance PDFs are matched back against your invoices.
