Büroagent Reviews & Product Details

Büroagent is mobile-first software for small trade businesses in Germany (1 to 10 employees), such as painters and tilers. Businesses forward their emails to Büroagent; it recognizes inquiries, confirmations, appointment requests, payments and supplier invoices, assigns them to the right customer and prepares the next step. One tap turns a customer inquiry into a quote with the requested work and prices from the business's own price list. Measurements are dictated on site, sign-off is signed on the phone, and invoices go out as e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung). Nothing is booked or sent without confirmation. Servers in Germany. German language only.
