busytask Pro Reviews & Product Details

busytask Pro is field service management software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, roofing and other trades. It runs scheduling, dispatch, quotes, invoices and payments in one place, with an AI assistant built in. The assistant works from voice notes, call recordings, voicemails and photos. Say what happened or upload the call, and it drafts the customer, the job, the price and the reminder for one tap approval. Nothing reaches a customer until the owner approves it, and it flags what it is not sure about instead of guessing. Key features: drag and drop crew scheduling with day, week and month views; quotes customers approve from their phone, with optional line items and deposits; invoices paid by card or bank transfer through your own Stripe account; automatic quote, visit and invoice reminders; job costing and reports; online booking from your website; multi property customer records; roles for owners, office staff and techs; and a mobile friendly app with nothing to install. Every feature is included on every plan, priced by team size: Solo $69, Crew $149 (up to 5 people), Team $229 (up to 10) and Company $299 (up to 15) per month. No contract, no setup fee, free data import from Jobber, Housecall Pro or a spreadsheet, and a free 14 day trial with no credit card.
