BuilderBase Reviews & Product Details

BuilderBase runs a contracting or home service business from the first estimate to the final payment, in one app on the web, iPhone and Android. Estimates and proposals: build line-item estimates from your price book, offer Good, Better and Best options, collect a deposit when the client approves, and get the signature in the same step. Scheduling and jobs: a drag-and-drop calendar, recurring jobs, crew assignments with push notifications, and a Gantt chart with linked steps for multi-day projects. Invoicing and payments: turn an approved estimate into an invoice, bill in stages, take card and bank (ACH) payments online, and let automatic reminders handle the follow-up. Client portal: clients open one link, no password, to see their estimates, invoices, schedule, photos and messages for the job. Also included: change orders, a lead pipeline, expense tracking and per-job profit reports, vendor compliance documents, custom roles and permissions, QuickBooks and Google Calendar sync, consumer financing on estimates, and a self-serve import from Jobber, Housecall Pro and JobNimbus. Pricing is published, with no sales call: Pro is $99/mo with 10 users, Starter is $39/mo with 2 users, and there is a 7-day free trial with no credit card and no contract. Built by a former contractor.
