Core Docket

Core Docket is docket, pricing and invoicing software, built in Australia, for businesses with a team of trades who go out and do the work while the office invoices the customer. It works for one person or a crew of any size, with no limit. We load your rate card for you. Prices follow how the work is measured: by the hour, the metre, the hole or the item. Concrete cutting and core drilling, where Core Docket started, are the most involved example: core holes by diameter and depth, sawing by the metre and depth, wall and track sawing. The crew pick the work on their phone, enter the measurement and the price is worked out, with your minimum charges, set-up fees, callout fees and after-hours loadings applied from the job's actual times. The customer signs on the crew member's phone, photos are attached, and the signed docket is emailed as a PDF on your letterhead. You choose which fields the customer sees. Finishing a docket creates a draft invoice from its priced lines. The office checks it and sends it to Xero or MYOB with account and GST codes, and in Xero the signed docket PDF is attached to the invoice. Using other accounting software? We build the connection where it's possible. The office also gets a schedule board by person, a map of the day's jobs, customers with their sites and contacts, combined invoices for a month of work, and reports such as core holes per customer per month. Quotes, timesheets, safety (SWMS, Take 5, toolbox talks and site packs), pre-starts, an asset register, equipment hire and stock are included at no extra cost. Core Docket is one plan with every feature included: no tiers, no add-ons, new features as soon as they're ready and free updates. Your data is stored in Australia. Setup is done by our team at no charge: we load your price list, rebuild your paper docket and add your logo and letterhead.

Corex CRM

Corex CRM is a free CRM for home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, lawn care, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, appliance repair and auto repair. It's built for an owner or office manager running a small crew who doesn't want to pay per seat for software the techs barely open. The free plan covers the daily loop. A lead pipeline tracks every inquiry from first call to booked job. Customer profiles keep jobs, estimates, invoices, messages and revenue in one place, with an AI summary of where each account stands. The schedule handles booking, tech assignment and job status, and techs get their own app for the day's work. Estimates are line-item proposals with tax that turn into jobs when the customer approves, and invoices can be paid by card. There's no user limit, no contact limit, no credit card required and no time limit on the free plan. What sets Corex apart is that you can run it from your AI assistant. Corex has its own MCP server, so an owner can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another AI assistant and ask things like "who hasn't paid this week?" or "move the Ortiz job to Thursday and give it to Dani." The assistant can look up customers and jobs, book and move jobs, record payments, change settings and draft estimates, invoices and customer texts. Owners can also text their Corex office number from their phone ("book Maria Lopez Thursday morning, dryer not heating") and Corex books the job and texts the tech. Every change is logged with an Undo, a connection can be set to read-only, and texts, invoices and estimates are shown to the owner before anything is sent. The agent connection is a $15 a month add-on, or free with any paid Corex plan. Corex makes money on optional AI modules that plug into the same customer records: an AI voice receptionist that answers and books calls, review requests, follow-up on open estimates and unpaid invoices, treatment reports for pest control, and more. Modules start at $79 a month each, bundles start at $279 a month, and each comes with a 30-day free trial and no contract on monthly plans. The CRM works fully without any of them. Trade versions are available for pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, cleaning, roofing, appliance repair and auto repair, with the fields and job types each trade uses. Getting started is a CSV import of your customers.

couteau

couteau.io is a restaurant reservation and table management software built in Paris by restaurant owners, for restaurant owners. It is made for independent restaurants, bistros, brasseries and wine bars in France. The team interface is in French; the guest booking page speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch and Portuguese. It started with a painful sum. At Barbo, a 40-seat bistro in Paris, the previous booking software cost €169 a month before VAT: the margin of about 50 covers, every month, just for a subscription. So Maxime, Barbo's co-founder, built his own tool. couteau.io now runs every service at Barbo. What couteau.io does: • Online bookings: a booking page in the restaurant's name, a widget for its website, a QR code, and a link for its Google Business Profile and Instagram bio. Tables are assigned automatically according to the restaurant's own rules; large parties send a group request instead. • Live floor plan: drag a booking onto a table, combine up to three adjacent tables, seat a walk-in in one move. • Automatic waitlist: when a table frees up, it is offered to the first guest on the list, in order of arrival, without promising it twice. • Guest book: visit history, allergies, special occasions. Import an existing guest list from a CSV file without creating duplicates, and export it at any time. • Guest emails: confirmations, reminders and cancellations go out automatically with the restaurant's name, logo and colour, with a link for guests to change or cancel their booking online. • Analytics: covers, no-shows, booking sources and walk-ins, by service and by week. • Day-to-day tools: a printable service sheet, team accounts, several venues under one login, and an app that installs on the home screen of a tablet or phone, with nothing to download from an app store. Two optional add-ons: the Prize Wheel, a QR-code game with prizes and single-use codes that gives guests a reason to come back, and Review Requests, an email sent after the visit that invites guests to review the restaurant on Google. Pricing is simple: €29 a month per venue, VAT included, plus €5 a month per add-on. No per-cover fees, no commitment, cancel at any time. The free trial includes every add-on and needs no credit card. Data is hosted in France. Cut costs, not portions.

CoWorkRM

CoWorkRM is coworking management software built for Indian operators. One app runs a coworking or managed-office space end to end. Most Indian coworking spaces run on five tools and a spreadsheet: a personal WhatsApp for enquiries, a JustDial phone, Excel for members, a paper visitor register and a separate payroll file. Leads leak between them and invoices go out late. CoWorkRM puts the whole space in one app. Every enquiry, from WhatsApp, Google Ads, Meta lead forms, JustDial, a phone call or a walk-in, becomes a lead with an owner and a next action. The official WhatsApp Business API inbox lets the whole team reply from one number with Meta-approved templates. Calls route through a cloud IVR or the space's existing PBX and are logged on the contact. Members, plans, agreements and deposits are managed in one place. Invoices go out on the 1st with GST, with payment links and automatic reminders. Visitors check in by QR and the host is notified. Meeting rooms and day passes are booked from one calendar. Staff attendance, leave and payroll run in the same app, and brokers get a partner login to track their referrals. Built by a coworking operator in Patna and used on live floors every day. Web and Android, data stored in India, priced per location in INR from ₹2,999/month, with a 30-day free trial. For coworking, managed-office and virtual-office operators with 1 to 20 branches.
