Cortox Reviews & Product Details

Cortox AI replaces traditional CRM forms and menus with a conversational AI interface. Your team types what they need in plain language — the platform executes the entire workflow automatically. One instruction handles what used to take multiple steps: "Add Sarah Chen from Apex Solutions as a new customer, prepare a proposal for two units of Enterprise Plan, and send it to her by email." Customer created. Proposal generated. Email delivered. The platform adapts to any industry. Real estate agencies track property listings, construction firms manage project portfolios, retail teams handle physical inventory — each with terminology that fits their workflow, configured automatically during onboarding. Key capabilities: — Conversational CRM — manage, update, and search customer records without navigating forms — AI-generated proposals — unique client links, view tracking, and one-click approval — Lead Finder — surfaces potential customers based on your existing client profiles — Bulk import — onboard existing contact lists via Excel or CSV in minutes — Sector-agnostic — works out of the box for any business model Built for growing teams who want CRM to work the way they actually think.
