couteau.io Reviews & Product Details

couteau.io is a restaurant reservation and table management app built in Paris by restaurant owners, for restaurant owners. Its founder runs Barbo, a 40-seat bistro, where the old booking software cost the margin of about 50 covers a month. couteau.io brings online bookings with a booking page and website widget, a live floor plan, an automatic waitlist, a guest book (visits, allergies, occasions), confirmation and reminder emails, and weekly analytics on covers and no-shows. It costs €29 a month per venue, VAT included, with optional add-ons at €5 a month (a QR-code prize wheel and Google review requests). No per-cover fees, no contract, 14-day free trial without a card. The interface is in French.
