CoWorkRM Reviews & Product Details

CoWorkRM is coworking management software built for Indian operators. One app runs a coworking or managed-office space end to end. Most Indian coworking spaces run on five tools and a spreadsheet: a personal WhatsApp for enquiries, a JustDial phone, Excel for members, a paper visitor register and a separate payroll file. Leads leak between them and invoices go out late. CoWorkRM puts the whole space in one app. Every enquiry, from WhatsApp, Google Ads, Meta lead forms, JustDial, a phone call or a walk-in, becomes a lead with an owner and a next action. The official WhatsApp Business API inbox lets the whole team reply from one number with Meta-approved templates. Calls route through a cloud IVR or the space's existing PBX and are logged on the contact. Members, plans, agreements and deposits are managed in one place. Invoices go out on the 1st with GST, with payment links and automatic reminders. Visitors check in by QR and the host is notified. Meeting rooms and day passes are booked from one calendar. Staff attendance, leave and payroll run in the same app, and brokers get a partner login to track their referrals. Built by a coworking operator in Patna and used on live floors every day. Web and Android, data stored in India, priced per location in INR from ₹2,999/month, with a 30-day free trial. For coworking, managed-office and virtual-office operators with 1 to 20 branches.
