Corex CRM is free customer relationship management software for service businesses, with no user limit, no contact limit and no trial clock. A drag-and-drop kanban board tracks leads from first contact to close. Customer profiles consolidate job records, estimates, communications and revenue, with AI-generated summaries of account status. The job tracker handles scheduling, technician assignment and status monitoring. Estimate tools build line-item proposals with tax calculations that convert to jobs on approval, and invoicing supports a card on file. AI features include lead scoring, follow-up suggestions and natural language search. Optional AI modules, such as an AI voice receptionist and review automation, are native to the CRM and write to the same customer records with no third-party integration work. Industry versions are available for pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, cleaning, roofing, appliance repair and auto repair. CSV import is supported.
