It runs the business side of coworking spaces, managed offices and virtual office providers in one app. Rent and billing: monthly invoices with Pay Now links (Razorpay, Cashfree, Zoho Payments) and a UPI QR with an "I've paid" button, WhatsApp and email reminders, receipts and statements, billing autopilot, part payments and arrears. Members and cabins: deposits, agreements and notice periods, desk and virtual office members, Excel import. Leads to agreements: a pipeline from enquiry to proposal to a leave-and-licence agreement signed online. Bookings: meeting rooms and hot desks, booked by members or by walk-ins on a public page that takes payment. Also included: a WhatsApp Business inbox, business email on your own domain, front desk (visitors, parcels, notices, Wi-Fi codes), community (events, perks, member board, directory), member surveys with NPS, helpdesk, assets, books and P&L per bank account with invoices that carry your GSTIN, an accountant kit with TDS and Tally/Zoho export, centres for several buildings, a member app, and an AI connector so Claude or ChatGPT can answer questions about your space.
