Content creation without limits
In LearningSuite, every lesson is a freely designed page. With the drag-and-drop editor, teams combine video, text, images, documents, quizzes and assignments in a single lesson – what you see in the editor is exactly what learners see. Videos are recorded and edited directly in the browser (camera, screen or both), and the LearningSuite Wizard automatically turns video transcripts into summaries, quiz questions and fill-in-the-blanks. This removes the biggest barrier of most learning platforms: content that never gets created because it takes too much effort.
From knowledge to practice
Video, audio, text and file assignments let learners apply what they learn. Trainers and managers comment on video submissions down to the second – ideal for sales training, support teams and coaching programs. A full exam editor offers question pools, randomized questions, open- and closed-book exams, automatic or manual grading and custom grading scales.
AI that supports learners
LearningSuite Intelligence includes an AI Concierge that answers learner questions 24/7 based on the organization's own courses, documents and video transcripts, plus specialized AI agents inside lessons, hubs and pop-ups. Subtitles are available in more than 50 languages, and AI-translated audio tracks make training content multilingual.
Community, apps and structure
A built-in community with feed, forums, levels and badges runs on the same platform and in native iOS and Android apps with push notifications. Product bundles, learning paths and time-based unlocks control who gets access to which content and when. Granular permissions with more than 150 individual rights, SSO and the LearningSuite Orbit for managing multiple instances with one login support larger organizations.
Proof of training and compliance
Progress per course and learner, completion data per lesson with timestamps, and export and API access provide audit-ready training records. LearningSuite is GDPR-compliant and hosted on EU servers, with videos stored in Germany and backed up daily.

Every customer receives a personal onboarding and go-live meeting. The live chat support answers in under 5 minutes on average during business hours. The migration service is included in all plans: the LearningSuite team moves courses and members from any learning platform. Integrations include Zapier, Make, n8n, an open API, ablefy, Digistore24 and CopeCart.
