Honestly, I had used several learning platforms before and was never really satisfied. With LearningSuite, it's completely different. We've been using the platform for some time for our customers and now also for employee training internally, and I wouldn't want to switch back.

What convinced me the most are the AI tools. Our customers have AI agents on the platform that really take work off their hands, and the AI concierge answers questions directly with all the knowledge we've stored there. Then there are the training videos, submissions that my team then checks, live calls, and a community with chat. Since then, our support effort has significantly decreased, and our customers' results have still improved. I didn't expect that.

Internally, we also set up the whole thing for our employees. New people get up to speed much faster with the videos and submissions, and honestly, many in the team hardly use ChatGPT and Co. anymore, but simply our AI concierge and the agents on the platform. Even for graphics or videos. By the way, I also find the LearningSuite Wizard super practical when you want to quickly build new content.

And the support is really top-notch. You get an answer super quickly, requests are taken seriously, and you can tell that there are people who think along and sometimes think a step further. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about.
