I use it both as an HR communicator: it is an excellent internal HR marketing tool to promote training and energize our HR newsletters. On a more personal level, as a user, I use it to train myself on various topics, mainly AI and topics related to psychosocial risks / HR. The platform is very "attractive" visually speaking; the topics covered are current, modern, and can be a real asset for working better. I also particularly appreciate the webinars that are organized once a month. They are particularly useful on topics like AI (improving prompts, etc.), but also for HR topics, such as preparing for your annual review.
