What do you like best about Kokoroe?

What I appreciate most about KOKOROE is their DNA, which makes access to training simple for everyone, while remaining engaging and motivating for all our employees. The modules cover a variety of very interesting topics; in the end, every sector finds its benefit.

The support at the time of launch, the technical and customer support, as well as their responsiveness when we have requests or questions, are really very appreciable. Finally, the ease of implementation was also a particularly appreciated point.

What do you dislike about Kokoroe?

What problems is Kokoroe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the implementation of KOKOROE, we had an LMS on which only a few modules had been created, and they were intended for employees of a single profession. Today, thanks to this partnership, all of our employees, across all professions, have access to a wide variety of content on different topics. This is a real advantage and strengthens our commitment to skill development throughout the professional career. "A modern and attractive platform, ideal for HR training and AI"

What do you like best about Kokoroe?

I use it both as an HR communicator: it is an excellent internal HR marketing tool to promote training and energize our HR newsletters. On a more personal level, as a user, I use it to train myself on various topics, mainly AI and topics related to psychosocial risks / HR. The platform is very "attractive" visually speaking; the topics covered are current, modern, and can be a real asset for working better. I also particularly appreciate the webinars that are organized once a month. They are particularly useful on topics like AI (improving prompts, etc.), but also for HR topics, such as preparing for your annual review. What do you like best about Kokoroe?

What I love most about Kokoroe is how it makes learning engaging and even addictive. The platform is beautifully designed, intuitive, and filled with constantly updated content. My team looks forward to the montly webinars and microlearning sessions. The gamification features like challenges, duels, and badges keep everyone motivated and competitive in the best way. What do you dislike about Kokoroe?

Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If I had to name one thing, I’d say I wish some of the content was available offline for on-the-go use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kokoroe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Kokoroe, our learning programs felt a bit mechanical. We were using a traditional LMS, and while the content was there, very few people were actually engaging with it. Completion rates were disappointing, and most courses just didn’t stick (it felt more like ticking a box than real learning..).

Kokoroe brought a fresh energy to the table. The platform is smartly designed, and the mix of short, well-paced modules and creative formats really caught people’s attention. Honestly, the way it uses marketing tactics, like challenges, weekly nudges, and gamified elements — made a surprising difference.

The biggest shift for us has been in mindset: people are no longer avoiding training, they’re actually logging in without being chased. That’s new. And we’re starting to see real movement in areas like knowledge retention and employee upskilling. It’s not perfect, but it’s been a huge step forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
