Before Kokoroe, our learning programs felt a bit mechanical. We were using a traditional LMS, and while the content was there, very few people were actually engaging with it. Completion rates were disappointing, and most courses just didn’t stick (it felt more like ticking a box than real learning..).

Kokoroe brought a fresh energy to the table. The platform is smartly designed, and the mix of short, well-paced modules and creative formats really caught people’s attention. Honestly, the way it uses marketing tactics, like challenges, weekly nudges, and gamified elements — made a surprising difference.

The biggest shift for us has been in mindset: people are no longer avoiding training, they’re actually logging in without being chased. That’s new.
