I use it both as an HR communicator: it is an excellent internal HR marketing tool to promote training and energize our HR newsletters. On a more personal level, as a user, I use it to train myself on various topics, mainly AI and topics related to psychosocial risks / HR. The platform is very "attractive" visually speaking; the topics covered are current, modern, and can be a real asset for working better. I also particularly appreciate the webinars that are organized once a month. They are particularly useful on topics like AI (improving prompts, etc.), but also for HR topics, such as preparing for your annual review. There are also topics related to female empowerment that were very interesting.
