Signara

Signara is an agentic analytics platform for SMBs. It automatically turns business data into trusted KPIs, interactive dashboards, executive narratives, insights, recommendations, and next steps without requiring an analyst. For every dataset, Signara identifies the relevant KPIs, investigates what changed and why, and recommends specific actions based on the business domain. Signara turns those recommendations into assigned action. Users can assign a next step to an individual or team, create the task in Jira, Monday.com and more, or notify the relevant people by email. Every calculation is deterministic and auditable. Metrics reconcile directly to the source data, so AI explains the results but never invents the numbers. Signara also checks data quality and flags integrity issues that could affect the analysis. Connect data from HubSpot, Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MySQL, CSV, and more. Signara is also available as a connector in Claude, allowing users to run analytics and reporting tasks directly from Claude. A free tier is available with no credit card required. Signara is a modern alternative to Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, DashThis, and Klipfolio for teams that want more than dashboards. It automates reporting, interpretation, root cause analysis, recommendations, ownership, and task creation in one workflow, taking businesses from raw data to decisions and assigned action.

The Reporting Hub

Reporting Hub is a web-based business intelligence (BI) portal that enables organizations to securely deliver Microsoft Power BI reports to external and internal users through a branded, white-label web application. It is a type of embedded analytics and BI delivery solution designed to help software companies, service providers, and data teams scale the distribution of Power BI content without building or maintaining custom applications. Built on Microsoft Power BI Embedded, Reporting Hub deploys directly into an organization’s own Azure environment and integrates with its existing Power BI tenant and Azure Active Directory. This architecture allows companies to offer analytics-as-a-service while maintaining control over security, infrastructure, and data governance. Reporting Hub is intended for scenarios where reports need to be shared with customers, partners, or stakeholders who do not have Power BI or Microsoft licenses. The platform removes the need for custom development by providing a pre-built portal that handles authentication, report access, and user management. Power BI content creators require a Power BI Pro license to build and publish reports, while report consumers can view and interact with content without individual licenses, using capacity-based Power BI Embedded licensing instead. Reporting Hub is commonly used by organizations that want to scale analytics delivery, embed Power BI into customer-facing solutions, or provide external reporting access without increasing per-user licensing costs. Key capabilities and characteristics include: White-label BI portal: A customizable, branded web application for delivering Power BI reports to customers, partners, or internal audiences. Power BI Embedded integration: Uses capacity-based licensing so report viewers do not require individual Power BI or Microsoft licenses. Azure-native deployment: Deploys into the customer’s own Azure environment and integrates with Azure Active Directory and their Power BI tenant. No-code implementation: Eliminates the need for developers by providing a pre-built solution with a guided, self-serve installer. Scalable analytics delivery: Supports large audiences and external users without incremental per-user licensing costs. Reporting Hub is suited for SaaS providers, consultancies, and enterprises that need a scalable, secure, and maintainable way to distribute Power BI analytics beyond traditional internal users.

How it works

Deep.BI

Deep.BI measures content consumption metrics and provides user engagement scoring to power publisher's content delivery, marketing tools and paywalls to grow, engage and retain audiences. Deep.BI collects all kinds of raw event data related to publishing, like reader’s behavior and content performance, and analyzes this data in real-time (sub-second latency between ingestion and data visualization). By collecting first-party raw data (no sampling & no aggregation), publishers get unprecedented flexibility in building their own metrics, reports, and different strategies for different kinds of content. This also allows publishers to quickly test hypotheses on both live and historical data. These dashboards and reports are shareable and customizable across teams making the workload on the analysts much lighter and gives them the ability to deliver what they want to deliver in the way they want and in lightning speeds!

Querio

Querio is an AI-native analytics platform with governance built in. Business users ask questions in plain English and get answers they can trust. Data teams define the context once, keep it in their own Git, and let agents do the work without losing control of how the data is used. Most AI analytics tools bolt a chatbot onto a warehouse. The results drift: every user gets a slightly different definition of revenue, every query is a fresh guess at the joins, and nobody can audit what the model did. Querio is designed around that problem. A context layer holds table relationships, metrics and business terminology as plain files that live in version control. Every agent run reads from the same context, so answers stay consistent across teams and change only when the data team says so. Querio connects to Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres and other modern warehouses and databases over read-only connections. Queries run on live data where it already sits. There is no data duplication and no proprietary storage. For business users, Querio works like a conversational analyst. Ask a question, follow up with "break this down by region" or "show last year instead", and the charts update while the context is kept. Results can be pinned to boards and dashboards that stay in sync with the warehouse. For data and analytics teams, Querio is a code-first workspace. The agent's working medium is a reactive Python notebook where prompts, generated SQL and Python, charts and narrative live together. Every line of code the agent writes is visible, editable and versioned. Analysts can stop a run, correct the query, and continue. Nothing is hidden and nothing is a black box. Querio also powers embedded analytics. Product and platform teams can ship AI-driven questions, charts and tables inside their own applications, with APIs and theme tokens to match their design system. Security and governance are first-class. Querio is SOC 2 Type II audited, uses read-only connections with encrypted credentials, offers granular access control, and never uses customer data or queries to train external models, on any plan. Key Features Natural language querying and conversational analytics. Ask questions in everyday language, refine with follow-ups, and drill into detail without writing SQL. The agent handles translation and keeps the context of the conversation. Context layer as code. Define joins, metrics and glossary terms once, as plain files in Git. Every agent, every user and every query reuses the same definitions, so answers stay consistent and changes are reviewable. Agentic notebooks (coding optional). Reactive Python notebooks where prompts, generated SQL and Python, charts and narrative sit together. Business users stay in prompt mode. Technical users drop into code when they need to. Explore: instant answers on live data. Start from a prompt, iterate freely, drill down as many times as needed, and adjust filters or visualisations on the fly. AI-assisted dashboards and boards. Generate charts and tables from questions, then organise them into dashboards and boards that track KPIs or tell a data story, kept in sync with the warehouse. Embedded analytics and AI experiences. Put AI-powered questions, charts and tables inside your own product, with APIs and theme tokens so customer-facing analytics look native. Schema awareness and full transparency. Tag specific database values inside prompts, see what data Querio can reach, and inspect every query it writes. No hidden logic. Stop and edit. Pause a run, change the filters or the generated SQL and Python, and re-run without leaving the workflow. Analysts keep the control they expect with the speed of an agent. Version control for outputs. Update analyses and dashboards while previous versions stay intact, so teams can compare past and present results without losing work. Secure, governed access. SOC 2 Type II, read-only database connections, encrypted credentials, granular access control, and no training on customer data or queries on any plan. Typical Use Cases For Data and Analytics teams Centralising metrics, joins and terminology in one version-controlled context layer Cutting the data request backlog without giving up governance Reviewing and hardening agent-generated SQL and Python in a transparent workspace Replacing or modernising Tableau and Power BI estates with self-serve that the data team still controls For Product and Growth teams Funnel, activation and feature adoption analysis Experiment and cohort analysis without writing SQL Self-serve product analytics embedded directly in the app For Revenue, Sales and Marketing Pipeline, MRR/ARR and retention reporting Campaign performance and attribution analysis Shared boards for weekly and monthly business reviews For Operations and Support Monitoring operational KPIs and SLAs on live data Finding bottlenecks and anomalies through follow-up questions Answering ad hoc performance questions without Excel exports For SaaS products Adding self-service, AI-driven analytics to customer portals and internal tools

Prodoscore

Prodoscore™ is a workforce intelligence platform that gives organizations accurate, objective visibility into employee productivity and team performance. By analyzing daily activity data across the business applications employees already use, Prodoscore generates a single, comprehensive productivity score that reflects real work output rather than time spent online. The result is a dataset that helps leaders coach more effectively, allocate resources with confidence, and build a culture grounded in visibility and trust. Prodoscore is designed for businesses of all sizes, with particular value for HR leaders, operations executives, and front-line managers who need to understand workforce performance across distributed or hybrid teams. The platform is especially relevant for organizations that rely on remote workforce management and need reliable productivity analytics to inform staffing, performance reviews, and workforce planning. A core component of the Prodoscore platform is its integration ecosystem. Prodoscore connects with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, UCaaS platforms, and other cloud-based business tools through secure, API-based data collection. For organizations with employees who work primarily on desktop applications or in offline environments, Desktop Connect extends that same productivity visibility to non-cloud workflows, capturing activity data from locally installed software and ensuring no part of the workforce is left out of the picture. This makes Prodoscore one of the few workforce analytics solutions capable of delivering complete coverage across both cloud and desktop environments. ProdoAI Chat adds a conversational intelligence layer to the platform, enabling managers and HR leaders to query workforce data in natural language. Rather than running manual reports or waiting on analyst support, leaders can ask direct questions about team performance, productivity trends, or individual coaching opportunities and receive immediate, AI-generated insights drawn from real-time data. This combination of automated scoring and conversational AI analytics positions Prodoscore as a forward-looking solution for organizations investing in AI-powered HR technology. Setup takes less than 15 minutes and requires no changes to how employees work. The platform is designed to be transparent and unobtrusive, with deployment that does not impact end users. Organizations can begin seeing meaningful workforce intelligence almost immediately after installation, making Prodoscore a practical option for businesses that want fast time-to-value without a complex implementation process. Prodoscore provides a measurable, employee-centric approach to workforce performance that prioritizes coaching over surveillance and clarity over assumption. For organizations looking to get more from their people analytics investment, it delivers the visibility, data integrity, and AI-driven insight needed to make better workforce decisions every day.

Synopsis

What Synopsis is Synopsis is a complete, AI-native data warehouse platform for mid-market companies. Synopsis replaces the traditional five-tool data stack — ingestion and ETL, cloud data warehouse, transformation and modeling, semantic layer, and BI and alerting — with one platform that goes live in 48 hours. Synopsis is built for companies that need a data warehouse but do not have, and do not want to hire, a data engineering team. Most data warehouse projects fail on people and time, not technology. Synopsis is designed around that fact: the Synopsis team performs the entire implementation, connects the source systems, rebuilds existing reports, and hands over a working warehouse. Hour 0, Synopsis connects the systems. Hour 24, Synopsis rebuilds the reports. Hour 48, the customer is live. What Synopsis includes Synopsis includes ten capabilities that are normally bought as separate products: Connectors and ingestion — Synopsis connects to 500+ sources on day one through APIs, databases, and files. For non-standard systems, Synopsis reads the API's own documentation and builds the custom connector with AI. Modeling and entity resolution — Synopsis turns raw events into clean, linked entities, joining records across systems on shared keys. Semantic layer — Synopsis defines and enforces metric definitions so every team reads the same numbers. Chat and ad-hoc analysis — Synopsis answers questions asked in plain English, with results traceable back to the source table. Dashboards and BI — Synopsis builds dashboards from a single prompt, each one traced to its source. Data apps — Synopsis runs live operational apps that teams work from directly. Workflows and automations — Synopsis watches data and acts on what changes, including automated alerts. Data science — Synopsis generates notebooks and forecasts. Integrations — Synopsis delivers data into Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and AI tools over MCP. Security and compliance — Synopsis is SOC 2 Type II audited, and customer data lands in the customer's own warehouse. Who Synopsis is for Synopsis is used by mid-market companies, typically between $25 million and $200 million in revenue, and by private equity firms deploying it across portfolio companies. Buyers of Synopsis are usually CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CROs, VPs of Operations, VPs of Sales, heads of analytics, and PE operating partners and value creation leads. Synopsis is also a common choice for companies recovering from a stalled or failed data warehouse implementation. Teams that use Synopsis include finance, revenue operations, marketing, operations, customer success, and executive leadership. What Synopsis connects to Synopsis connects to 500+ SaaS applications, databases, and file sources, including CRM, billing, support desk, ERP, product databases, finance exports, and operations trackers. Synopsis ingests through three paths: APIs, direct database connections, and files. Synopsis delivers answers into the tools teams already use. In Excel, Synopsis provides the SYNOPSIS.QUERY, SYNOPSIS.TABLE, and SYNOPSIS.LOOKUP formulas for live warehouse data. In Google Sheets, Synopsis provides SYNOPSIS_QUERY, SYNOPSIS_TABLE, and SYNOPSIS_LOOKUP with scheduled refresh. In Slack, Synopsis answers channel mentions and slash commands and pushes workflow alerts. Over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Synopsis connects to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP-capable AI tool. Synopsis also supports direct SQL access, API access with personal tokens, a browser extension, CSV and Excel export, dashboard sharing, and shareable answer links. Authentication supports OAuth 2.1, personal API keys, Microsoft sign-in, and Google sign-in. Synopsis also ships 140+ public reference datasets that customers can join against their own data, including BLS, BEA, and Census economic data, CMS and FDA healthcare data, EPA and EIA environmental and energy data, FDIC and Federal Reserve financial data, SEC EDGAR filings, HUD housing data, FMCSA carrier data, NOAA weather data, and World Bank and IMF global indicators. Industries Synopsis serves Synopsis serves manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, healthcare, finance and insurance, transportation and logistics, retail, professional services, field and business services, real estate, energy, oil and gas, utilities, agriculture and farming, media, software and information, entertainment and recreation, hospitality and food service, education and training, government and public sector, repair and personal services, and corporate holding companies. Within those, Synopsis publishes dedicated data models for specific verticals including fire and life safety contractors, electrical contractors, plumbing and HVAC contractors, heavy and civil construction, staffing firms, PEOs, private equity firms, wealth management firms, insurance agencies, managing general agents, credit unions, CPA firms, law firms, title agencies, physician groups, dental groups, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health providers, medical and lab distributors, electrical distributors, HVAC distributors, auto dealer groups, truckload carriers, freight brokers, 3PL and cold storage operators, folding carton manufacturers, commercial printers, structural steel fabricators, precast concrete manufacturers, pharma manufacturers, rural broadband operators, vertical SaaS companies, minor league sports clubs, multifamily operators, waste haulers, remediation contractors, pest control companies, and landscaping services. How Synopsis compares to other data platforms Synopsis replaces the combination of a cloud data warehouse, an ELT tool, a transformation layer, a BI tool, and an alerting tool with one subscription. Companies evaluate Synopsis against Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric for warehousing; against Fivetran, Airbyte, Matillion, and Stitch for ingestion; against dbt for transformation and modeling; against Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo, Qlik, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, Metabase, and Mode for BI and analytics; and against Keboola, Mozart Data, and Y42 as all-in-one platforms. The difference is scope and staffing. Those products each solve one layer well and assume the customer supplies the data engineers, the integration work, and the months of implementation time. Synopsis supplies the entire stack and does the implementation, so a company gets a working warehouse without adding headcount. Implementation and time to value Synopsis goes live in 48 hours. Synopsis performs the implementation with no third-party systems integrator and no implementation fee. Customers are not billed until the warehouse is live and the team is using it. Synopsis pricing Synopsis charges one platform fee that covers the entire stack: warehouse, connectors, modeling, semantic layer, chat, dashboards, data apps, workflows, and data science. Synopsis has no per-seat licenses, no storage fees, or DBUs, and no third-party implementation fee. Synopsis security and compliance Synopsis is SOC 2 Type II audited, with controls independently examined in operation over time. Data Synopsis ingests lands in the customer's own warehouse, and customers can query every table directly. Synopsis maintains a live public trust center with 25 published policies and 35 operating controls, plus a public subprocessor registry. SOC 2 Type II reports are available by request through the trust center. Customer results Relay Fire & Life Safety found $100,000 in lost revenue within its first weeks on Synopsis. Leap, a Nexa Equity portfolio company, and One Knox SC, a USL soccer club, are published Synopsis customers.
