"A Huge Time-Saver for Bulk NetSuite Record Updates"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

I like how much easier it makes updating NetSuite records in bulk. I use it to export NetSuite data, make updates and upload those changes back into NetSuite without the manual processing time that this sort of task would usually required.

The custom NetSuite templates are also really useful for recurring updates as they make the process easier to manage and quicker. It has helped to reduce time spent on repetitive record maintenance and handling large updates. It saves a significant amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

The main area that I think could be improved is the user interface when working with the custom NetSuite templates. There are quite a few buttons and links to click before downloading a record and then uploading, and the order of steps is not always intuitive.

This can make the process feel more complicated than it needs to be, especially for users who do not use the templates every day. A more streamlined workflow or simplified navigation would make the process easier and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

ExtendInsights helps solve the issue of time consuming manual NetSuite record updates. By integrating with Excel, it allows us to export, update, and upload data in a familiar format, making the process a lot quicker and easier.

This saves a lot of processing time, provides a good return on investment, and reduces the need to rely on NetSuite consultants for certain updates, helping save both time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
