I love how Prodoscore puts everything in one place—being able to see Bullhorn activities, call time, volume, and even which sites people are spending time on, all in a single dashboard, is a game changer. It makes coaching so much more targeted and effective, especially for new managers or green team members. The team has been super hands on with all the customizations and requests we have sent when it comes to coaching reports. There is a lot of up front work that has to be done from a management stand point but once everything is built out/set up, the accuracy has been reliable. There are some customizations we wish were already available. We want inactive time to count against the scoring which is not possible now, so if a user is inactive for 5 hours between 8 am to 5 pm, this has no affect on the employee's score. For our company specifically, we are heavy Amplify users in Bullhorn and prefer our employees to use Amplify over ChatGPT or Claude. So we wish there was a way for Prodoscore to track Bullhorn Amplify AI chat activity since that's something we're really pushing, but I understand that's more of a limitation on the Bullhorn side.
