What do you like best about Prodoscore?

What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

I haven’t run into any real red flags with this product. The biggest challenge is figuring out what to do with all the data it provides. Prodoscore does a great job listening to what you want to see and then translating that into useful reporting once you’re up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making sure our teams are actually using the tools we pay for is the biggest problem we’re trying to solve. There are so many options available, and the tools are expensive. Prodoscore helps us see where team members are spending their time, so we can compare time spent to output and better correlate ROI for each tool. It also helps us spot training opportunities and areas where we should review process efficiency. Finally, it gives us visibility into which AI tools the team is using most.
