My initial thought during the evaluation process, was that Synopsis AI was too good to be true. Having run large data analytics models with traditional cloud infrastructure, data lakes, and employing teams of database engineers, BI Analysts and report writers, I was both intrigued and and a bit skeptical of what this product could actually do. But, if it was as easy to implement/train/query, and could do even half of the things that were presented, I concluded it would be well worth pursuing.

The Synopsis team not only delivered what they promised, the AI tool completely exceeded my expectations. We were able to connect multiple data sources and begin creating reports, data apps, and workflows within weeks. Fast forward 3 months and now we have non technical end users creating meaningful data analytics and insights to understand and promote visibility to all aspects of our business.

This is a relatively new technology and there are use cases, workflows and security items related to our business that are not yet fully streamlined. That being said, the Synopsis team is very responsive and works quickly to make our desired enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
