"Great AI/Data/Reporting Tool, Even Greater People"

What do you like best about Synopsis?

Fast forward two months, and we now have several data apps in daily use across multiple departments. Day-to-day workflows are faster, employees feel better about their duties because they finally have the data visibility they wanted, and process ownership is falling into place outside of IT, which is critical for self-service on demand.

I can't picture our company without this tool, and this is only the tip of the iceberg! Many more projects are in development, both reporting and automated workflows. Soon we will have a fully renewed ecosystem where every team can excel in their role and leave the tedious work of data gathering and reporting behind. And wherever end-to-end automation is possible on the platform, we will pursue it!

A huge thank you to the Synopsis team, not only for building an amazing tool, but for being passionate and genuinely human with everyone involved. Great spirit, great camaraderie, and great vibes working as one unit, exactly as it should be. There are plenty of great tools out there, but far fewer great people. What do you dislike about Synopsis?

As we move forward with the implementation, our teams and the Synopsis team have discussed refinements to allow for more granular access-level control, and their very capable developers are working on it as we speak. The AI era is full of surprises, so identifying potential gaps early and working hand in hand with the developers is essential for giving companies peace of mind about their private data. The Synopsis roadmap looks very promising, and it is a pleasure to ride this wave with such a great tool and the incredible team behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synopsis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synopsis is solving our data visibility problem. Where we once had NONE, or so little it might as well have been none, we now have the data we need, exactly when we need it.

The benefits are showing up across the organization. Self-service reporting is coming back to life, report after report, data point after data point, and employee satisfaction is climbing with it. Reports now land automatically in inboxes, practically eliminating manual parameter selection wherever applicable. It feels like the future, but it is very much TODAY, and it adds value by the day.

On top of that, Synopsis' workflow automation is a true marvel, taking manual, repetitive work and running it on its own. And when we need an update or a small refinement, their support team is always ON IT. Choosing this tool was one of the best decisions we've made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
