How it works

Hyperbots AR suite

Hyperbots’ AR Automation Suite is built to fix the two biggest challenges in accounts receivable: applying cash accurately and collecting it on time. Instead of treating cash application and collections as disconnected tasks, the suite brings them together under a single, AI-native platform that understands how finance teams actually work. On the cash application side, Hyperbots automates the entire lifecycle, from ingesting bank statements, lockbox files, and remittance emails to intelligently matching payments with invoices, while handling exceptions, coding to the GL, and posting back to the ERP. Finance-trained AI agents work with incomplete or noisy remittance data, continuously reduce unapplied cash, and drive high straight-through processing without relying on brittle rules or manual intervention. The result is faster invoice closure, significantly lower reconciliation effort, and real-time visibility into where cash actually stands. On the collections side, the Collections Co-Pilot autonomously orchestrates tailored follow-ups across to customers across the full AR lifecycle. Our flagship AI powered worklist dynamically prioritizes collections effort based on invoice amount, invoice risk, aging, dispute likelihood, customer behavior, and DSO impact. Not only that, our AI agents handle promise-to-pay tracking, early dispute detection, forecasting, and ERP updates, while still keeping humans in the loop where judgment matters. Instead of static aging reports and reactive chasing, teams get proactive, behavior-driven collections that reduce DSO, improve forecast accuracy, and protect customer relationships. Together, the two Co-Pilots create a closed-loop AR system. Payments are applied correctly everytime with minimal human intervention. Follow-ups happen at the right time, with the right message, for the right customer. Every action is written back to the ERP with full auditability, ensuring finance leaders always have a clean, current view of receivables. Designed for complex, multi-entity environments, the Hyperbots AR Automation Suite is AI-native, finance-specific, pre-trained, and ready to deploy without custom development. It replaces manual work, fragmented tools, and reactive processes with intelligent automation that scales, learns, and delivers measurable outcomes: lower DSO, reduce unapplied cash, lower cost to collect, and enable predictable cash flow.

Relanco

Here's a version that clearly clears 250 words: Relanco is invoice payment reminder software for small contracting businesses in Canada. It is designed for tradespeople including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and general contractors. Relanco connects to QuickBooks Online and FreshBooks via API integration. Once connected, it monitors invoices for overdue status and sends automated payment reminders to clients by SMS, email, or both. Reminders follow a customizable sequence with configurable timing, channels, and message tone per step. When a payment is recorded in the connected accounting software, scheduled reminders for that invoice are cancelled automatically. The default reminder sequence includes five steps, starting before the invoice due date and escalating at intervals over the following two weeks. Each step can be configured independently for delivery channel and tone. Five tone levels are available, ranging from friendly to firm. Users can add or remove steps, adjust day offsets, and set the delivery channel per step to SMS, email, both, or skip entirely. The software supports bilingual operation in English and French. Client reminders are sent in the language associated with each client's profile, independent of the contractor's language preference. Message templates are provided in both languages for each tone level. Users can override default templates with custom message text per step and per language. Clients and invoices can be added manually through the dashboard or imported by CSV, so the software functions without an accounting integration. Reminder delivery is restricted to business hours. No messages are sent between 9 PM and 8 AM Eastern time. Key capabilities: - Automated SMS and email payment reminders - Integration with QuickBooks Online and FreshBooks - Bilingual support, English and French - Customizable reminder sequences, channels, and timing - Five message tone levels per step - Manual client and invoice entry - CSV import Relanco is a web-based SaaS application. Pricing starts at $29 per month.

SunoMunshi

SunoMunshi is a credit book for Indian small businesses — the money customers owe the shop, and the money the shop owes its suppliers, kept in one ledger. A shop that sells on credit usually keeps that record by hand, in a bahi khata (the day book a shop keeps on paper). It works until it does not: a name goes in twice, an amount is remembered wrong, and the shop ends up arguing with a regular about a figure neither of them can prove. SunoMunshi replaces the writing, not the shopkeeper. The owner says one sentence — "Meenakshi ko paanch sau udhaar diya" (gave Meenakshi ₹500 on credit) — and the entry is written and that customer's running balance updated. Entries can be spoken in Hindi, Punjabi or English, or typed in those three or in Hinglish, and the reply comes back in whatever was used. Two things make it usable in a real shop. When two customers have similar names it stops and asks which one, instead of guessing and putting money on the wrong account. And an entry saved in the chat is read back, so a slip of the tongue shows up while the customer is still standing there. A wrong figure is corrected by saying so — the change is shown before it is made, and the old figure stays in the record. It runs inside Telegram, on the phone the shop already owns, so there is no SunoMunshi app to install, update, or have stop working. The same ledger opens on a web screen for a laptop or a counter PC, where every balance can be searched and seen at once. A helper can be given their own login with narrower access than the owner, and every entry they touch is recorded against their name. It deliberately does one job. There is no GST, no invoicing, no stock and no profit-and-loss in it: a shop that needs those needs a billing package as well as this, not instead of it. It does not lend money. And it never contacts a customer on its own — when money is due, for a customer whose mobile number is saved, it writes the WhatsApp message with the right name, language and balance, and the shopkeeper presses send. Free for 14 days, no card. After that ₹400 a month for each person on the account, or ₹4,000 a year with two of those months free.
