I really like Trove’s inbox feature. It lists the actions, and when I click one, it generates an AI email I can send, which saves so much time. Trove has already brought us many more responses than our previous automated chasing system. I particularly like the integration with the accounts payable inbox: the emails come directly from our accounts inbox, and we can respond to them there instead of having them come from an email that looks like spam. The Xero integration is also perfect. Customer service has been brilliant. Anna and the team made the switch seamless, imported our schedules and templates, and tailored Trove to what our credit control service needs.
