Auditoria Streamlined our AP with a fast ROI

What stands out is how well Auditoria fits higher-ed accounts payable. The Workday integration was easy to set up and runs reliably, which made adoption smoother than expected. The AP Invoices module handles capture, validation, and PO matching, and the Helpdesk AI takes care of routine vendor questions that used to take up staff time. The interface is simple enough that our team got comfortable with it within a few months. We saw ROI within months through lower backlog, faster processing, and fewer duplicative efforts.

Auditoria Automates AP Workflows and Cuts Errors Effortlessly

Auditoria had helped me reduce Manual AP work as it automates inbox and date entry which is very important as the chances or error decreased significantly. also, as it is functional every time, so any invoices are directly added to the system without being skipped also vendors are replied instantly. also, it is easy to implement over the system as it directly connects email and the system

Amazing tool for ledger management

Auditoria smartGL tool is a AI/ML tool for General ledger management and I have used it in my last company to maintain a system of records for office supply. You can just set the rule once and it will show you all the recrods for your supplies. Mostly it will show you in terms of pi charts, graphical analysis and accural table entry. I think pi charts reprentation is very good for you supply we can easily ananlyse the data for future reference. It helps to create, review and reconsile the general ledger entry.= with minimum risk or fault tolerance, reducing time and keping records.
