Easy Process Flows
Approveit makes getting approvals quick and easy with a downloadble pdf with signature to upload for record keeping. Setup was easy, and their customer service is excellent - very quick to respond to every issue I've had.

Easy-to-use and functional approval solution
We use Approveit to approve time offs and paychecks. We needed something more traceable and organized than DMs or email chains, yet simple. Setting up workflows we needed in Approveit was easy, and really didn't take much time. It is great to handle requests right from Slack. We've tried out the mobile app as well, and it made things even more convenient.
I love how straightforward it is. The app's UI leads you through all the setup steps logically, everything is clear and easy to find.
Mobile app was great news, since we handle many business processes on the go.

Solid product and customer-centered approach
Approveit offered the "Mailbox" feature that allowed us to build the process exactly the way we wanted, and Approveit's customer support was helping us set things up live via Zoom. We required customization of the PDF approval confirmation file which was provided for us quickly. The choice of the communication channel for each approver individually is very useful.
