We have several remote workers who live across several state lines and happen to be one hour behind our local timezone. We have successfully implemented strategies to compensate for the time difference for services such as time clocks and project meetings, but not for our weekly "scrum" meeting.
Sometimes, we do not need the screen-sharing or video portion of the Webex and we just want to have people from multiple locations dial-in using local phone numbers.

If I need to bulk update users I do not want to have to export all users, make the change and then re-import them. This is a very cumbersome and time consuming process.
I think it would be a useful idea to have the option to offload Webex Team space history to a knowledge base for future troubleshooters to consult when looking at reoccuring problems.

With different clients/teams, each team would need a seat paid for me, even if I have a consultants license.
Especially for smaller organsitations this is not feasible. This feature (=docking licenses) needs to be available, and if it is, it needs to be usable in an intuitive way.
