# Why does it not run on a temporary desktop application

everytime i click on run a temporary version it does not succesfully run it will go loading and nothing will come up

if you dont have cisco webex application, it will always run a temporary application(you put your invitation url in the browser and browser connects you to meeting downloading application temporary)

if you have the application just open the application put the url inside join the meeting then it will never ask for downloading temporary application
