# How do we set meeting invitations with time zone differences?

We have several remote workers who live across several state lines and happen to be one hour behind our local timezone. We have successfully implemented strategies to compensate for the time difference for services such as time clocks and project meetings, but not for our weekly "scrum" meeting.

When u are scheduling the meeting it ask for whom to send the invites
In the organisation time zone doesnt matter 
when u have work then u have to manage between time zones
