# How do you migrate a user from one internal domain to another

A user was on-boarded with @company1.com and has transitioned to @company2.com that are both setup in our domain. Instead of deleting the user and re-adding them to all their current joined spaces.

There are 2 possibilities to make it. First via API (you don&#39;t have to code your own program, you can use the Webex developer page for things like email address changes developer.webex.com). Alternatively you can implement the Directory Connector and connect it do your Active Directory, then such changes are made automatically
