Collaborators can delete the files if they want, and I don't like that very much because there should be a restriction.

One thing I wish somebody advised me is that you will run out of capacity. In any case, Google Drive is adequately liberal to furnish you with 20 GB of free stockpiling. From that point onward, you can decide to pay for more stockpiling. (which is moderate, coincidentally!)
