# How do i use google drive more effectively

Google Drive is remarkable.  You can think of it s a filing cabinet that is accessible and updates/sync with files in real time.   After you create the Google drive,  you can store files in it, and organize them in folders.   You can also Backup and Sync in your computer so the google drive is an exact mirror image of your files.  You can also access and change files on your iphone or any computer you can log into with your password.  Google also maintains versions of some documents so you wont lose files.  You can set password protection and authentication.

Google Drive is similar to Box.net or DropBox. additionally the mobile app of Google Drive, will let you config additional security layer. i.e. to open the app it takes your finger print impression again.. 
that way you can store secure files in drive.
