I'm so excited to now be able to offer a 401k to my employees. As we grow, I'd love some feedback from other G2 users on how 401k offerings can help secure and attract long-term employees.
I've been on hold for almost half an hour. There's no such thing as support for this company. I put out a customer support request over a week ago and it still hasn't been responded to.
My 401k was switched to Human Interest this week, after I was completely blacked out of all access to my account for 6 weeks. I did not receive notification of this process, and was unable to manage or reallocate any of my assets during those 6 weeks.

Human Interest's company have hijacked my assets without notifying me. For one month (so far), they have rejected my attempts to view, manage, or withdraw my own assets from them.
