**What do you like best about Red Points?**

One of the biggest advantages is how well it identifies infringements, even when our brand name isn't explicitly mentioned in the product title. We've also built a highly customized set of enforcement rules for different product categories and infringement scenarios, and that has consistently improved the accuracy and success of our enforcement process over time.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

The pricing is on the higher side, and getting the custom enforcement rules configured required several rounds of collaboration with our account manager during the onboarding phase. Once everything was in place it became much smoother, but the initial setup did take some effort.

**What problems is Red Points solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the platform, we spent far too much time manually tracking counterfeit listings, especially across Chinese marketplaces. Now the detection and review process is much faster, allowing us to validate cases quickly and remove infringing listings with significantly less manual work. The time savings and improved enforcement efficiency have made a noticeable difference for our team.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

I use Red Points to help monitor and manage potential infringement cases as part of our brand protection workflow. I like how the platform combines incident prediction with human data validation, allowing us to identify risk cases more efficiently while reducing the amount of manual verification our team has to perform. Red Points has solved the challenges of an overload manual verification process for our internal legal team. Instead of reviewing a large number of potential cases, we now only need to review a small number of validated alerts. I find the initial setup easy and the navigation friendly. I would rate my likelihood to recommend Red Points as a 10.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

From our experience, there are no significant drawbacks. The platform has performed well for our needs, and we have not encountered any major issues that have affected our workflow.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

I really like Red Points because it significantly speeds up the cleanup of infringement cases across large online spaces. What I like most is the combination of accurate automated incident detection and expert human data validation. Having a dedicated specialist who understands our brand and handles much of the initial workload is fantastic because it means we only need to focus on the high-risk cases that require our attention. The initial setup of Red Points was easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

The reporting interface can seem a little technical when you first start using it. However, the underlying data is reliable and useful, so the learning curve is mainly with the presentation rather than the quality of the information.

The standout feature is the platform's ability to link related seller accounts, which previous solutions didn't handle well. I also find it effective in identifying connections between bad sellers, making enforcement more efficient. Additionally, the onboarding process was smooth.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

Honestly, the fact that it catches incidents where they don't even use our brand name in the listing title is huge. We have super personalized set of enforcement rules running up now based on the specific product and infringement type, which made our enforcement success rate go steadily up and is completely stable at the top now.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

it's not really cheap, and configuring those custom rules took some real back-and-forth with our account manager during the first month.

We were wasting hours manually chasing down copycats on chinese marketplaces. The speed of enforcement has massively improved because the platform makes it incredibly easy to validate detections fast

I use Red Points for brand protection, mainly to detect and remove counterfeit products, piracy, and unauthorized use of our content across online marketplaces. I appreciate that it has automated and scaled our enforcement efforts, eliminating the need for us to manually submit cases or provide supporting evidence, as everything is handled end to end. The quality of support from our customer success manager, Julia Ariza, is something I really value; her communication is proactive, structured, and reliable. Red Points operates as a true managed service, especially when it comes to detection and takedowns. Additionally, the setup wasn't complex, and the onboarding process was closely guided, which made things easier for us.

There is very little critique of Red Points, but having access to more analytics insight within the reporting dashboard would be nice. This is a minor consideration given the overall effectiveness of the platform.
