Hopper HQ was a pleasant surprise in this crowded social media space. The UI is so clean and easy to use. I love the calendar view. Hopper uses AI that can help users create captions and hashtags, plus the analytics shows who is looking at what. There's also a Best Time to Post view.

Any person considering marketing tools will tell you that they will not simply sign up for one product at a time. Indeed, I signed up for a bunch - HopperHQ, Buffer, Loomly, Sendible etc to see which is best for my small business needs. Trust me when I say this: I only faced this issue with HopperHQ in that they had seriously rigid policies around payment refunds.

Not only did I not receive any emails warning me that my trial period was ending soon, when I "hopped" on to tell them that hey, I just got charged but I never used it after the trial period (in fact it was so unsuitable for me that I used it once or twice - maybe thrice - during the trial), can we work out some kind of goodwill system where there can be a partial refund, the chat manager Isabel only referred me to the refund policy as though I was shopping at some soulless store in the mall that no, no, they can't refund me any bit of that $19. Never mind the fact I might still consider your product later on when our company gets bigger, but okay, sure, go ahead. Take my $19. I hope that pays for your Wi-Fi or something.

Look, I get it, rules are rules, yada yada. But at $19, you've just lost someone who might be a long-time paying customer later on when we actually need your tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HopperHQ is the best Instagram Marketing tool clearly. I really liked its neat and clean user interface and seamless workflow.
