We usually post a lot on FB and having 1 board to see all analytics and stats is very impressive. That way we could any questions. Also unified box would also be a great option. It's very easy to use and its UX/UI is very polished so it does not confuse our team members as other Social tools. I'm missing automation, API/webhook where could automate our daily tasks so I'm really hoping Hopper takes that into account and as a feedback and they will add it to their roadmap very soon. I tried them for LinkedIn scheduling and found them to be lacking. **What do you dislike about HopperHQ.com?** Any person considering marketing tools will tell you that they will not simply sign up for one product at a time. Indeed, I signed up for a bunch - HopperHQ, Buffer, Loomly, Sendible etc to see which is best for my small business needs. Trust me when I say this: I only faced this issue with HopperHQ in that they had seriously rigid policies around payment refunds. Not only did I not receive any emails warning me that my trial period was ending soon, when I "hopped" on to tell them that hey, I just got charged but I never used it after the trial period (in fact it was so unsuitable for me that I used it once or twice - maybe thrice - during the trial), can we work out some kind of goodwill system where there can be a partial refund, the chat manager Isabel only referred me to the refund policy as though I was shopping at some soulless store in the mall that no, no, they can't refund me any bit of that $19. Never mind the fact I might still consider your product later on when our company gets bigger, but okay, sure, go ahead. Take my $19. I hope that pays for your Wi-Fi or something. Look, I get it, rules are rules, yada yada. But at $19, you've just lost someone who might be a long-time paying customer later on when we actually need your tools. **Recommendations to others considering HopperHQ.com:** Look at other tools to figure out what you really need. And remember to cancel your trial before the period ends! **What problems is HopperHQ.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was trying to schedule posts on LinkedIn and was testing them out to see how they would help us but I didn't think they would.
